Workspace isolation
Each studio is a distinct perimeter. Access is role-based (admin, member). No cross-tenant leakage.
Security and data sovereignty
Citara is built for sensitive content in Switzerland: technical proposals, client dossiers, internal documentation — with hosting and compliance suited to the Swiss market.
Privacy mode
By default, LLM request/response text is not persisted (log_privacy). Token usage may still be logged as metadata.
AI model
LLM access is managed by Citara: users do not enter API keys at this stage. The stack uses recognised providers; Citara is not a closed proprietary model.
Model training
We do not use your documents to train third-party models. Contractual terms specify guarantees per deployment.
Hosting
Shared cloud in Switzerland (CH datacenter, confirm in contract). Private cloud or on-premise in Switzerland on Enterprise.
